NCC
National Cadet Corps (NCC) and National Service Scheme (NSS) units provide students with opportunities for personality development and to promote the cause of nation building.
The College has adequate facilities for Extracurricular activities and sports. There are two big play grounds are available in the College.
Women’s Study Unit, in common room, is a platform available for students and staff to undergo informal education and training in different fields.
Anti- Ragging Cell of the College is quite organizes programmes to impart awareness about the adverse effects of ragging.
The setting of an Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Grievance Redressal Cell, Remedial, Entry in Service, Counseling Cell have really contributed to the sustenance and enhancement of quality of institution. Major Research Project awarded also during last five years.
The institution endorses the importance of research in all disciplines. The institution already started Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Fish & Fisheries, Bachelor of Computer Application, Bachelor of Business Administration, Remedial, Entry in Service and Counseling Cell. The syllabus-based workshops and seminars organized annually on a national basis enable both the students and teachers to interact with peers from the various parts of India. The college has constituted a student placement cell. Value education, vocational courses already been introduced.
